We collect information you provide when using our matching service, including your name, contact details, ABN, business trading information, and — where you choose to share it — read-only banking transaction data used to assess your funding options.
How we use your information
Your information is used to match your business with lenders on our partner panel, to present indicative funding options, and to progress an application to a lender you select. We do not sell your personal information.
Disclosure to lenders and partners
When you choose to proceed, we disclose the information necessary for assessment to the lender or lenders you select and to our licensed partner network, including LoanOptions.ai, which operates the matching technology used on this site.
Credit information
Pre-qualification uses a soft enquiry that does not affect your credit score. A formal credit enquiry is only made with your consent when a full application is submitted to a selected lender.
Data security
Information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Bank data connections are read-only, cannot be used to move funds, and banking credentials are never stored by us.
Access, correction and complaints
You may request access to or correction of the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy complaint, by contacting us. Unresolved complaints may be referred to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
